Our friend and colleague Wayne Caron died unexpectantly on August 24, 2007

We have established a memorial fund to honor his extraordinary life -- his dedication to teaching, mentorship, and families dealing with dementia. The name of the fund is the Wayne Caron Memorial Fund. Funds contributed in honor of Wayne will be used for strategic initiatives around families and gerontology. If you wish to contribute to the fund, please forward your contributions to the University of Minnesota Foundation with a notation that the monies are for the Wayne Caron Memorial Fund.
